Dirty Shirley

The hype is real for the nostalgic Dirty Shirley. We made ours more luxe with a nod to the classic Shirley. Our secret is a little Maraschino Liqueur, 1/2 Ginger Beer and 1/2 Soda for all the flavor and not so much sweetness. The gin's botanicals are the real superstars, proving that "timeless with a twist" is always a good idea.

0.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
0.5 oz. Grenadine Syrup
2 oz. Ginger Beer
2 oz. Club Soda
Cherry for Garnish

Build in a highball glass filled with ice. Add all the ingredients, stir with a reusable straw and garnish with a cherry.

Singapore Sling

This classic Tiki cocktail is vital in the catalog of essential gin standards. For our rendition, we start with the basics and adapt. NOLET'S Silver's botanicals shine in combination with the herbal elements. Because this recipe is ingredient-heavy, it is a fantastic large-format celebratory punch. We have cited several options for substitutions to encourage experimentation and personalization with this cocktail. The ratios may need adjusting for sweetness, so we encourage tasting it along the way.

1 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Benedictine (or Herbal Liqueur like Amaro, Yellow Chartreuse, or Campari)
0.25 oz. Grand Marnier (or Orange Liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
0.25 oz. Cherry Heering (Cherry Brandy or Maraschino Liqueur)
1 oz. Pineapple Juice (fresh is preferable)
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Bitters
Club Soda to top off
Citrus Wheel & Cocktail Cherry for Garnish

Combine all ingredients except Club Soda and garnish in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Taste to adjust sweetness. Shake until the shaker sweats and the cocktail is chilled and combined well. Pour into a highball glass with fresh ice, top with Club Soda, and garnish.

For a Batch (serves 8-10):

1 cup NOLET'S Silver Gin
1/4 cup Benedictine (or Herbal Liqueur like Amaro, Yellow Chartreuse, or Campari)
1/4  cup Grand Marnier (or Orange Liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1/4 cup Cherry Heering (Cherry Brandy or Maraschino Liqueur)
1 cup Pineapple Juice (fresh is preferable)
1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
8 dashes of Bitters
Club Soda to top off
Citrus Wheels & Cocktail Cherries for Garnish

Combine all liquid ingredients in a pitcher (that can be refrigerated) or a punchbowl with a large ice block (to reduce dilution) with floating citrus wheels. Stir to combine and adjust sweetness by adding more pineapple juice or Cherry Heering, or reduce with a splash more NOLET'S Silver and/or lime juice. Serve over fresh ice and garnish with citrus wheel and cherry.

Gin and Limoncello Fizz

The tart-sweet Limoncello Gin Fizz hits all the notes if you're looking for a getaway cocktail reminiscent of lazy afternoons on Capri. The botanical components of NOLET'S Silver add depth and complexity to the citrus and the result is spectacular.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Limoncello
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup or Honey Syrup
1 Egg White or 1.5 Tbsp. Aquafaba
1 oz. Club Soda

Combine NOLET'S Silver, Limoncello, syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. This step breaks down the proteins in the egg white (or aquafaba) and provides the drink a silky smooth texture. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with club soda. To keep the foam top intact, try drizzling the club soda down a cocktail spoon or reusable straw on the side of the glass.

Tom Collins

The history of this archetypical gin and juice may be disputed, but the Tom Collins is (and forever will be) a classic beloved combination since the 1800s. It is as complex as it is simple when imbibed with NOLET'S Silver Gin.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup (or to taste)
2-3 oz. Club Soda
Garnish with a Lemon Slice and/or Cherry

Build the cocktail over ice in a Collins glass (or highball), in the order listed above. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon, orange, and/or cherry.

Grapefruit Refresher

We love this simple cooler for brunch, on a hot day, or as a post-holiday reviver. Easy to assemble, this needs no fancy tools, just NOLET'S Silver, a grapefruit, coconut water, and ginger beer with optional garnish.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
2 oz. Coconut Water
A Squeeze of Grapefruit + Wheels for Garnish
Ginger Beer (about 1.5 oz.)
Dash of Grapefruit Bitters
Candied Ginger & Mint for Garnish

In a highball glass with ice & grapefruit wheels along the walls, build the cocktail in the order of ingredients, giving it a small stir after topping with the ginger beer. Garnish with candied ginger & mint.
