1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Limoncello
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup or Honey Syrup
1 Egg White or 1.5 Tbsp. Aquafaba
1 oz. Club Soda

Combine NOLET’S Silver, Limoncello, syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. This step breaks down the proteins in the egg white (or aquafaba) and provides the drink a silky smooth texture. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with club soda. To keep the foam top intact, try drizzling the club soda down a cocktail spoon or reusable straw on the side of the glass.
