NOLET’S Silver

Our version of the whipped foamy brunch cocktail is inspired by Italian Garibaldi’s served there. This recipe makes 4 cocktails.

4 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
1/2 Container of Frozen Orange Juice + 1 cup water OR 3 cups Fresh Orange Juice
4 oz Campari©
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Kosher Salt
Orange Wedges

Add all liquid ingredients to a blender with a dash of salt and blend, adding ice as needed for a chilled froth. Pour into a highball glass and serve with a orange wedge on top.
