Coconut Washed Negroni

This exotic Negroni spins the classic cocktail with a new dimension of tropical goodness. By fat-washing the gin with coconut ahead of time, you can modify your NOLET'S Silver with an island-tropical twist and enjoy it in a lush Martini, a refreshing G + T, or any other delectable paradise-inspired cocktail.

1 oz. Coconut Washed* NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Toasted Coconut for the rim
Lime Wheel Garnish

Rub lime on the rim of the glass and roll in toasted coconut. Build the cocktail over ice in the glass, adding equal parts of each ingredient, then garnish with a lime wheel.

Coconut Washed NOLET'S Silver
750ml NOLET'S Silver
3 tsp. Coconut Oil

In a clean container add 3 teaspoons of coconut oil to NOLET'S Silver and let sit at room temperature overnight. Put the container in the freezer for a few hours the next day to set the oil and strain it out of the gin through cheesecloth.


Cucumber and Rose Spritz

The NOLET'S Silver Gin Cucumber and Rose Spritz is more than a drink – it's a celebration of nature's opulence, a tribute to the new era of gin, and a promise of an indulgent escape with every sip.

1.5 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.5 oz Rose Simple Syrup*
1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
Juice from 1/2 Fresh Lime
Club Soda
Cucumber Ribbons & Rose Petals for Garnish 

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake Nolet’s Gin, simple syrup, fresh cucumber juice and lime juice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and rose petals.

Rose Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Fresh Organic Rose Petals, 1/4 c of Dried Food-Grade Roses (or 0.5 oz of Rose Water)

In a small pot, combine the sugar and ½ cup water over medium heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.  Bring to a simmer, stir in the roses and turn off the heat. Cool to room temperature (15–20 minutes). Strain the syrup, pressing on the roses to extract the liquid. Discard solids. Store syrup in an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.


FRO-GRONI (Frozen Negroni)

This fantastic equal-parts cocktail works perfectly in frozen form & the addition of a few frozen strawberries makes a quintessential summertime treat. These measurements make 4 Frozen Negronis.

6 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
6 oz. Red Vermouth
6 oz. Campari
4-5 Ripe, Frozen Strawberries (stems removed)
A handful of Ice
Orange Peel or Strawberry for Garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a rocks glass and serve with a swath of orange peel or a strawberry.


Classic Gin Fizz

The luxurious Gin Fizz is a delicious sweet and sour cocktail that's a classic in the cocktail canon. We like it as written, and also should note that it's also amazing with another citrus like orange or grapefruit, which also work deliciously.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple or Maple Syrup
1 Egg White or 1.5 Tbsp. Aquafaba
Splash of Soda Water
Lemon Swath for Garnish

Combine NOLET'S, lemon juice, sweetener and egg white in a cocktail shaker and dry-shake vigorously for about 20 seconds for the froth. Add ice to the shaker and shake another 30 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice block and top with soda water and a lemon swath.


Watermelon Cucumber Coolers (batched)

For a refreshing, make-ahead cocktail this combination can truly beat the heat. The cooling watermelon and cucumber juices are delightful with the fruit and floral botanicals in NOLET'S Silver.

1 cup NOLET'S Silver Gin
2 lbs. Cubed Watermelon (for approx 2.5 cups of juice)
4-5 Peeled Persian Cucumbers (for about 1.5 cups of juice)
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice (3-4 limes)
2 Tbsp. Honey
Watermelon Cubes, Cucumbers or Limes reserved for garnish
Tajin or Salt (optional)

Blend the watermelon and pour through a sieve over a large bowl. Repeat with cucumbers. In a pitcher combine lime juice and honey, stirring together until the honey dissolves. Add the watermelon/cucumber juice and NOLET'S Silver. Adjust sweetness if necessary. To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour the cocktail, and garnish with Tajin or salt sprinkled fruit.


Grapefruit Negroni Fizz

This Grapefruit Negroni Fizz is a delicious way to enjoy a homemade citrus cordial (the recipe is below) that utilizes the whole fruit and minimizes waste. The cocktail is versatile and beloved by people who like a tart citrus-forward cocktail.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Grapefruit Cordial*
0.5 oz. Campari (or Aperol if you like it sweeter)
Prosecco or Mineral Water to top off
A swath of Grapefruit to Garnish

Combine all ingredients but the effervescent in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and chill. Pour into a chilled glass with fresh ice, top off with something bubbly and garnish.

Citrus Cordial Recipe
4-5 Citrus Fruits  (Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Lime, Pomelo, Kumquat) in any combination to produce 2 cups of citrus juice
* the basic combination of 1 cup Grapefruit or Orange (sweet citrus) and 1 cup Lemon or Lime (tart citrus) yields the most versatile result.
1 cup Sugar

Wash the citrus with warm water and towel dry. Zest the peels and reserve. Squeeze citrus and combine 2 cups of juice with 1 cup of sugar and slowly heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature and add the zest of the citrus to the cordial and stir. Refrigerate overnight then strain out zest. Store in a glass jar for up to 6 months in the refrigerator. Use the cordial for all kinds of recipes... try a splash in a G+T, Paloma, or Salty Dog!


Hot Toddy

A Hot Toddy is like a warm hug on a crisp day. Easy to assemble with pantry ingredients, the botanicals in NOLET'S bloom with the addition of hot water. Garnished with warm, spicy herbs & spices the Toddy is a delicious botanical treat.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon or Orange Juice
1 oz. Honey
2 oz. Hot Water
Any combination of Cinnamon Stick, Citrus Peel, Star Anise, Ginger, Cloves, or Dried Fruits for Garnish

Combine hot water, honey and citrus in a mug or glass and stir until honey is dissolved. Add NOLET'S and garnish accordingly.


Gin Sonic

For the best of both worlds, try a NOLET'S Silver Gin Sonic... 1/2 soda 1/2 tonic provides a little of the sweet and lots of bubbles to 'bloom' our real botanicals.  

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
1.5 oz. Tonic
1.5 oz. Soda
Fruit, Citrus or Herbs for Garnish

Pour NOLET'S Silver over ice, add tonic and soda, stir and garnish.


Passion Fruit Spritz

Exotic passionfruit pulp provides a punch of sweet & sour to this aromatic fruit-forward cocktail. When visualizing a tropical paradise, this cocktail is reported to serve as a valuable prop. 

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1 Fresh Passionfruit
1 oz. Soda Water

Combine all ingredients but soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and combined. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with soda. The seeds from the passion fruit serve as the garnish.


Gin Jam Box

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Fruit Jam or Fruit Preserves
* add Simple Syrup to taste depending on preference/sweetness of jam
Citrus Zest (Lemon, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit)

Add NOLET'S Silver, lemon juice and jam into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously. Add ice and shake again to chill then strain into a rocks glass with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with citrus zest.
