Spiced Pear Fizz
The wonderful warming combination of autumn pears and warm spices with the juicy botanicals in NOLET'S Silver is just the right cocktail for the Fall holidays.
2 oz NOLET'S Gin
1 oz Pear Nectar
0.5 oz Cardamom - Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Soda to Top Off
Slice of Pear and Sprig of Thyme for Garnish
Combine NOLET'S, pear nectar, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass. Top with soda and garnish.
Cardamom-Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 Cardamom Pod, split open or 1 tsp. Toasted Seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick
¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients but vanilla. Heat on medium-low flame until sugar dissolves. Lower heat and gently simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and add ¼ tsp vanilla extract then strain into a clean glass jar to store.

2 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
2 Fresh Blackberries plus more for Garnish
1 oz Blackberry Liqueur (or Elderflower)
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Activated Charcoal Powder (optional)*
In a cocktail shaker muddle 2 fresh blackberries and add NOLET'S Silver, liqueur, lime juice, charcoal (if using), and ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass and garnish.
*Activated charcoal can affect some medications, use caution when consuming

1.5 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.25 oz Crème de Violette
0.25 oz Lavender Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Sprig of Lavender and/or Edible Flowers
Shake all ingredients (except Champagne) with ice until well chilled. Strain into a Coupe, top with Champagne and garnish with a lavender sprig or edible flowers.
EARL GREY MARTINI
We tried this Audrey Saunders recipe and couldn't not share our version of it with you. The botanicals in NOLET'S Silver just sing with the floral notes in Earl Grey. You'll love this for brunch!
Makes 2 cocktails.
5 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
2 Earl Grey Tea Bag
2 Egg White or 1 Tbsp Aquafaba
2 Strip of Lemon Zest
2 tsp Honey
Steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in NOLET'S Silver for about 5 minutes covered, until it's amber colored and fragrant. Squeeze out tea bags and combine the infused NOLET'S Silver with egg whites, lemon zest and honey in a shaker and dry shake until honey dissolves. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy. Strain into a coupe glass and serve.
French Blonde
Delight in the French Blonde, where the finesse of NOLET'S Gin meets the fresh zest of lemon and the crispness of grapefruit, creating a cocktail that whispers elegance with every sip.
2 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Lillet Blanc
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
Lemon or Grapefruit Swath for Garnish and a dash of Lemon or Grapefruit Bitters (optional)
Prepare a coupe glass with fresh ice to chill. Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Discard ice, then strain the cocktail into the chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a swath of Lemon or Grapefruit, and enjoy.
Espresso Martini
For a delicious, flavorful Espresso Martini you'll love how the botanical fruit and floral notes in NOLET'S combine with espresso and coffee liqueur to create a twist on the classic.
1 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Espresso (or Cold Brew)
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with Coffee Beans or Orange Zest
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a Coupe glass and garnish as desired.
Watermelon Sour

0.5 Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey & Water)

Watermelon Slice for Garnish
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 30-60 seconds until the tin gets frosty. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a watermelon slice.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and pour into a coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a lime wheel.

3 cups of NOLET’S Silver Gin
2 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 cup Honey Syrup
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher with ice and serve up in a coupe or Martini glass garnished with pomegranate arils, lime wheel, and or a sprig of mint.
Classic Gin Sour
A classic of the cocktail canon, the NOLET'S Gin Sour is duly delightful and unique. Because it's simple, the botanicals shine through and take center stage, providing a fruit and floral backbone that is delightfully accented with citrus and delivered in a frothy, velvet-like mouthfeel. You'll likely commit this recipe to memory and keep shaking it on repeat.
2 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey
0.5 oz Orange Juice
Egg White or 0.5 oz Aquafaba
A Few Dashes of Bitters
Add all ingredients but the bitters to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to blend. Add in some ice and continue to shake for 30-60 seconds or until the tin gets frosty. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few dashes of bitters. To make a heart shape out of the bitters, carefully drip a few drops on the top of the cocktail, and using a cocktail pick, carefully score the drop, creating a heart.
