The NOLET’S Pomegranate Martini is as delicious as it is festive! A little tart and a little sweet, this scarlet libation works well as a pre-made batched cocktail to make entertaining a snap.
1.5 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
Pomegranate arils and sliced lime to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and pour into a coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a lime wheel.
For a pitcher (approximately 6-8 cocktails)
3 cups of NOLET’S Silver Gin
2 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 cup Honey Syrup
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher with ice and serve up in a coupe or Martini glass garnished with pomegranate arils, lime wheel, and or a sprig of mint.
