Cucumber Smash

Simply smashing, the refreshing botanical Cucumber Smash with NOLET'S Silver. Fruit-forward and fizzy with a hint of floral balanced with herbaceous cucumber and mint, huzzah!

1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Soda Water (to top)
Cucumber Slices
Mint Leaves

Muddle cucumber and mint with simple syrup and lemon juice in a mixing tin. Add NOLET’S Silver, ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a cucumber ribbon.


Berry Fizz

1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Sweet & Sour (homemade or packaged)
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Ginger Ale

Pour the first three ingredients into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with ginger ale. Stir well. Garnish with raspberries.

Basic Sweet & Sour Mix
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice

Dissolve sugar in water in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cool thoroughly. Stir in Lemon and Lime juice. Adjust to taste, adding more citrus for sour or sugar for sweet. Keeps in a closed container in the refrigerator for about a week.

 


Classic Collins

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
Soda Water for topping off
Lemon Wedge & Cherry for Garnish

Shake NOLET'S Silver, syrup and juice with ice until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled Collins (highball) glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel or wedge and a cherry.


Peach Lemonade (Batched)

1 cup NOLET’S Silver Gin
3 cups Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
1/2 cup Elderflower Liqueur
3 Peaches + Extra for Garnish

Puree or muddle 3 sliced peaches and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix and serve over ice with peach and lemon garnish.


Blanc Martini

This refined classic is surprisingly silky with luscious fruit and floral notes balancing the mild juniper, enhanced with bright subtle citrus.

2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Dolin® Blanc Vermouth
2 Dashes of Grapefruit Bitters

Stir ingredients with ice in a cocktail glass. Strain and serve up, in a Martini glass or, in an ice-filled rocks glass. garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel, raspberry or seasonal garnish.


Raspberry Martini

This fabulously tart pink drink is proof that regardless of the color, this cocktail is loved by all. The Raspberry Martini compliments the real raspberry botanicals in NOLET'S Silver and the result is a very sippable cocktail treat.

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Raspberries + more for garnish
4 Mint Leaves

Muddle raspberries, mint, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add NOLET’S Silver and St. Germain with ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with raspberries.


Rose Gimlet

The NOLET'S Silver Rose Gimlet is a potion of pure elegance and sophistication. With a blend of botanicals that tantalize the senses, this drink is a testament to the timeless art of mixology.

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemonade (can be pink lemonade)
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Rose Petals

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with rose petals.


NOLET’S Silver Bulleit

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Bulleit® Bourbon
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.

For a batch of 8-10 cocktails:
1 cup NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 cup Bulleit® Bourbon
1 cup Grapefruit Juice
1 cup Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Simple Syrup


Cucumber Martini

2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Dash Celery Bitters
Cucumber

Muddle cucumber with simple syrup and lemon juice in a mixing tin. Add NOLET’S Silver, ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass and add a dash of celery bitters. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Our spin on the popular Mule, NOLET'S Silver Gin combined with ginger beer is a simple to build, deeply satisfying refresher. Grapefruit and mint garnishes add to the fresh spicy complexity.

4 oz. Ginger Beer
Grapefruit Wheel, Apple Slices, and or Mint

Build in a balloon glass over ice. First, add a grapefruit wheel, then ice, NOLET’S Silver, and ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
