Raspberry Martini

This fabulously tart pink drink is proof that regardless of the color, this cocktail is loved by all. The Raspberry Martini compliments the real raspberry botanicals in NOLET'S Silver and the result is a very sippable cocktail treat.

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Raspberries + more for garnish
4 Mint Leaves

Muddle raspberries, mint, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add NOLET’S Silver and St. Germain with ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with raspberries.


Rose Gimlet

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemonade (can be pink lemonade)
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Rose Petals

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with rose petals.


Cucumber Martini

2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Dash Celery Bitters
Cucumber

Muddle cucumber with simple syrup and lemon juice in a mixing tin. Add NOLET’S Silver, ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass and add a dash of celery bitters. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.


Hanky Panky

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Fernet-Branca

Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.


Kermit’s Folly

This refreshing recipe requires a juicer or fresh pressed green apple and cucumber juice.
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Granny Smith Apple Juice
3/4 oz. Fresh Cucumber Juice
2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
Fresh Mint Sprig (as garnish)
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a classic Martini glass or Coupe. Also, can be mixed and served over ice in a Collins glass.
