Chocolate Orange Gin + Tonic

This fun G + T variant is an exceptional novelty for holiday celebrations and practically begs for a chocolate garnish or rim! The infused gin takes about 5 minutes to put together, and 12 hours to steep. Building the G + T is as simple as can be.

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Cacao Infused Gin*
4 oz. Indian Tonic Water
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Oranges, Cinnamon and/or Melted Chocolate for Garnish

Build the cocktail in a balloon glass over ice and serve.

CACAO INFUSED NOLET'S Silver
2 cups NOLET'S Silver Gin

1 Tbsp. Roasted Cacao Nibs

Combine NOLET'S Silver with cacao nibs in a sterile jar and let steep for approximately 12 hours. The time will vary depending on the quality and age of the cacao. Steeping too long may alter the color of the gin and get bitter. Test after 12 hours for doneness. The flavor should be much like dark chocolate-covered fruit. Once finished, strain the nibs through fine mesh or cheesecloth and store in a sterile container.
