NOLET’S Silver Peacock Gin and Tonic

1. 5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1.5 oz. Green Chartreuse
1 dash Blue Curacao
Quality Tonic Water
Lemon Peel

Combine NOLET’S Silver, Chartreuse and Blue Curacao in a mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously to chill. Pour over fresh ice in a balloon glass or highball and top with tonic water and a slice of lemon peel.
