Violet Gin and Tonic

The fruit and floral-forward lush botanicals in NOLET’S Silver bloom with a splash of Cremé de Violette in the romantic Violet Gin and Tonic. The luxurious tart-sweet cocktail conjures a summertime celebration in a lush garden of blooming flowers.  

1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
0.25 oz. Creme de Violette
2 Fresh Lavender Sprigs or Edible Purple Flowers
Tonic Water

Add all ingredients, except tonic water to mixing glass with ice. Shake well and strain into a copa balloon glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs & or edible flowers.
