2 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.25 oz White Vermouth
6 Cherry Tomatoes or 1/2 Ripe Tomato
Pinch of Sea Salt
Olive Oil
Muddle tomatoes with a pinch of salt in a shaker. Add ice then NOLET’S and vermouth. Shake until well chilled and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with drops of olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
