1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
2 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
Lemon Twist for garnish
Pour NOLET’S Silver, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
