NOLET’S Silver
Raspberry Rhubarb Gin + Tonic

The classic NOLET’S Silver Gin + Tonic is a luxury standard that provides the prime base for experimentation. Fresh rhubarb informs this variant, adding a uniquely tart twist with a charming blush. The delicious Raspberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup recipe is included below.

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Raspberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup
4 oz. Tonic Water
Fresh Fruit, Edible Flowers, and or Herbs for Garnish

In a balloon glass (or highball) over fresh ice, place garnishes in the bowl dispersing evenly around the ice for a beautiful presentation. Add NOLET’S Silver, citrus juice, simple syrup then tonic water. Top with a flower or colorful garnish.

RASPBERRY RHUBARB SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup Raspberries
3-4 stalks chopped Rhubarb
1 cup Sugar

Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until the rhubarb breaks down (about 15 minutes). Let cool to room temperature and strain into a clean storage container and refrigerate. The refrigerated syrup lasts up to 2 weeks.
