Our spin on the popular Mule, NOLET’S Silver Gin combined with ginger beer is a simple to build, deeply satisfying refresher. Grapefruit and mint garnishes add to the fresh spicy complexity. 

1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Grapefruit Wheel, Apple Slices, and or Mint

Build in a balloon glass over ice. First, add a grapefruit wheel, then ice, NOLET’S Silver, and ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
