A classic of the cocktail canon, the NOLET’S Gin Sour is duly delightful and unique. Because it’s simple, the botanicals shine through and take center stage, providing a fruit and floral backbone that is delightfully accented with citrus and delivered in a frothy, velvet-like mouthfeel. You’ll likely commit this recipe to memory and keep shaking it on repeat.
2 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey
0.5 oz Orange Juice
Egg White or 0.5 oz Aquafaba
A Few Dashes of Bitters
Add all ingredients but the bitters to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to blend. Add in some ice and continue to shake for 30-60 seconds or until the tin gets frosty. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few dashes of bitters. To make a heart shape out of the bitters, carefully drip a few drops on the top of the cocktail, and using a cocktail pick, carefully score the drop, creating a heart.
