Named after the year the Nolet Distillery was founded, the 1691 Cocktail by Bar Max is a celebratory cocktail, “spirit-forward, to let the gin really shine through.”
3 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Drop Orange Blossom Water
Mist of Bergamot Bitters
Brandied Pear Garnish
1 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Drop Orange Blossom Water
Mist of Bergamot Bitters
Brandied Pear Garnish
Stir with ice and serve straight up in a coupe. Garnish with a brandied pear.
